During an unrelated investigation, Kenner Police Department detectives recovered video evidence from a computer of individuals looting several vehicles and a residence in LaPlace during the after math of Hurricane Isaac. Kenner Police Department detectives forwarded the video evidence to St. John the Baptist Parish Sheriff‘s Office detectives who identified two subjects in the video as Kaleb Wallace, 25, and Trey Perrilloux, 22, both of LaPlace.
Detectives obtained judicial court ordered arrest warrants for Wallace and Perrilloux. Detectives arrested Kaleb Wallace July 6 and booked him with looting (3 counts), criminal conspiracy to commit looting, and
attempted looting (2 counts). Wallace bonded out of jail on a $24,000 bond. Detectives arrested Trey Perrilloux July 7 and booked him with looting and criminal conspiracy to commit looting. Perrilloux bonded out of jail on an $8,000 bond.
