On Thursday, December 3, 2015, St. John the Baptist Parish Sheriff’s Office received several complaints from the public regarding a social media post that caused members of the general public to be in sustained fear for their safety. The social media post was made by Angela Perkins, 54, of LaPlace but believed to be in Metairie now. After investigating the complaint and exhausting all leads to contact Perkins, detectives obtained a judicial court ordered arrest warrant for Angela Perkins for terrorizing.

Citizens with information about the whereabouts of Perkins that call Crimestoppers do not have to testify in court and may qualify for a cash reward.
