After a two-week long investigation, detectives obtained and executed a search warrant for the residence. Detectives recovered 16.5 grams of crack cocaine ($1600), 1.3 grams of powder cocaine ($130), and 12 doses hydrocodone ($60) from Fleming’s bedroom.

Detectives arrested and booked Joshua Fleming with possession of hydrocodone, possession with intent to distribute schedule II CDS, illegal use of a controlled drug in the presence of juveniles (3), possession of drug paraphernalia, and violation of the uniform controlled dangerous substance law drug free zone.
