On Sunday, March 30, 2014, at 12:34 pm, St. John the Baptist Parish Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to the 2300 block of Country Club Drive in LaPlace for the report of a man kicking the back door of a residence and two men standing in front of the residence acting as lookouts. The caller told 911 dispatchers, who advised deputies, that the three men got in a silver Chevrolet Malibu and fled the area. Responding deputies stopped a car that matched the description of the fleeing car at the intersection of Country Club Drive and Laurel Valley.

Witnesses identified the car and the occupants of the car as the perpetrators. Deputies arrested the four occupants and booked them accordingly:

Juvenile, 16, NW 2nd Street, Reserve, booked with attempted simple burglary. Juvenile was released to the custody of his parent.
 

Khalid Jackson, 19, Railroad Avenue, Reserve, booked with accessory to attempted simple burglary. Jackson bonded out of jail on a $5000 bond.

Ronald Guillard, 19, NW 3rd Street, Reserve, booked with accessory to attempted simple burglary. Guillard bonded out of jail on a $5000 bond.

Cardell M. Coleman, 19, River Point Drive, LaPlace, booked with accessory to attempted simple burglary. Coleman bonded out of jail on a $5000 bond.
