On Monday, March 3, 2014, at 10:20 pm, St. John the Baptist Parish Sheriff’s Office deputies responded the 1500 block of Delta Road in LaPlace for the report of several subjects smoking marijuana in a car. When deputies arrived, they located the car with two male subjects standing outside the car and four subjects in the car. Upon further investigation, deputies recovered marijuana, synthetic marijuana, a small scale, and a handgun.
Deputies arrested and booked the following subjects accordingly:
Milton Fleming Jr., 19, Joe Parquet Circle, LaPlace, LA, was arrested and booked with illegal carrying of a weapon with a CDS and distribution/manufacture schedule I CDS. Fleming remains in custody in lieu of a $70,000. He was arrested five previous times in St. John the Baptist Parish since February 2012. Three of Fleming’s arrests include illegal gun charges.
Kendyra Williams, 19, Delta Road, LaPlace, LA, was arrested and booked with distribution/manufacture of schedule I CDS (2) and possession of drug paraphernalia. Williams bonded out on a $26,500 bond.
Victorlyn Morgan, 20, Delta Road, LaPlace, LA, was arrested and booked with possession of schedule I CDS (2) and possession of drug paraphernalia. Morgan bonded out on a $4,500 bond.
Kendell D. Esko Jr., 21, Delta Road, LaPlace, LA, was arrested and booked with possession of schedule I CDS and contraband taken to a penal institution. Esko bonded out on a $3,500 bond.
Deschad Matthews, 17, Lee Drive, LaPlace, LA, was arrested and booked with possession of schedule I CDS (2) and possession of drug paraphernalia. Matthews bonded out on a $4,500 bond.
Jeremiah Smith, 19, Delta Road, LaPlace, LA, was arrested and booked with possession of schedule I CDS (2) and possession of drug paraphernalia. Smith bonded out on a $4,500 bond.
