On August 26th Deputy Cindy Faucheux of the St. John Parish Sheriff’s Office graduated from the D.A.R.E. Officer Training School that was held in Pineville, La. The D.A.R.E. training teaches officers the tools they need to educate our children about the danger of drugs and violence. Deputy Faucheux will spend time in local schools teaching kids how to make better decisions. Officer Faucheux received an award for the most outstanding team member in her class.
